On public radio today, I listened to the story of Steve McCurry processing the very last roll of Kodachrome produced by Eastman Kodak. EK made the announcement a little over a year ago.
These last 36 images are still under wraps as the film is being donated to the George Eastman House International Museum of Photography. National Geographic is doing a special on this historic roll and where Steve shot it. It was processed at Dwayne's Photo Service in Parsons, Kansas.
